Cobblestones Cottage
This single storey, central heated cottage is located off the market square in the quiet backwater of Broughton Fold.
The accommodation consists of :
- A spacious, well equipped open plan kitchen and sitting room with comfortable chairs, dining table, TV Recorder/DVD Player and gas fire
- Double bedroom with standard sized bed (6.5ft x 5ft) & bedroom fitments.
- Modern bathroom with electric shower above bath
- Small garden with seating
- Private car parking space
- FREE WiFi Available
The centrally heated cottage is fully furnished with bed linen, towels and tea towels provided free of charge.
We are happy to accept one well behaved dog by prior arrangement at a rate of £20.
We aim to have the cottage ready by 1p.m. on the date of your arrival and we respectfully request guests to vacate by 10a.m. on departure date to allow change over to take place.
Smoking is not permitted inside Cobblestones Cottage.
Tariff 2024
The cottage is available on a weekly rate from January to October.
Long weekends and mid week breaks are available during the winter months November to March (2024/5) excluding Xmas, New Year and Easter, with a minimum stay of two nights.Prices to be advised shortly.
Weekly rates for Cobblestones Cottage are as follows:-
